Which CRMs do you work with?
I love Lofty, which I consider the gold standard for real estate CRM architecture. I also build in Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, LionDesk, HubSpot, Brivity, Pipedrive, RealGeeks, and other major platforms. If you are not sure whether your CRM is compatible, just ask. We will figure it out before we start.
How long does the build take?
It depends on the package. The Starter is the fastest. You are looking at 7 to 10 business days. The Scaler runs about 3 to 4 weeks because we are building out your full buyer and seller lifecycle. And The Icon, because it is a complete ecosystem build with team setup, routing, and advanced automations, that one is typically 4 to 6 weeks. I will give you a clear timeline before we start so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need to know how to use my CRM before we start?
No. That is actually the whole point. Most of the agents I work with have a CRM they have barely touched, or they have been using it as a glorified contact list for years. I meet you where you are. I will look into your platform, build the system, and then walk you through exactly how to use it. You do not need to be technical. You just need to be ready.
Can you customize everything from my specific business?
Everything is customized. Your workflows, your pipelines, your email templates — all of it is built around your client types, your lead sources, your voice, and your business model. Nothing is generic.
What if I don't have a CRM yet?
I can recommend the right platform for your business and include setup as part of the service. We will find the right fit before we build.
What if I want changes after the build is complete?
Revisions and adjustments are included during the review process. Larger additions or ongoing support after launch are available separately.
Does this work for teams as well as solo agents?
Yes. The Producer and Icon packages are both designed to accommodate teams. We will discuss your structure and build accordingly.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. You can start with The Specialist and upgrade as your business grows. What you have already paid will be credited toward the upgrade.
Do you offer payment plans?
